AlyxMotion only collects information you choose to send through the project form or booking calendar. It is used to reply to inquiries, arrange calls and, where relevant, prepare a potential project. The site does not use analytics, advertising pixels or profiling.
What is collected
The project form sends your name, email and project description, plus your company or website, budget and timing if you add them. If you book a call, the details you enter go through Cal.com. The hosting also handles ordinary technical data, such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request.
Why it is used
To reply to your inquiry, arrange a call and, if we work together, prepare and carry out the project — steps taken at your request or in the legitimate interest of answering business inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Technical data is used only to keep the site secure and working. The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How long it is kept
Inquiries and bookings are kept only as long as reasonably needed to reply, follow up, carry out any resulting project, or meet applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, or for it to be corrected, deleted or restricted, and you can object to its use where applicable. Write to alyxmotion@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
